Delay? Cancellation? We're flexible

If you’ve missed the start of our tour, we’ll let you take another tour – either another time that day, or another day! And it doesn’t even have to be the same tour. You can replace it with any of the four tour we offer. And in case you really can’t make it to any tour, we’ll give you a refund, if you purchased online.

How can I pay for the tour?

We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, Venmo, and Square. You can book the tour through this website, or through your hotel concierge or participating coffeehouse baristas. You can also call us directly. And, as a walk-in without a reservation, IF we have spots left, we’ll also be happy to have you join us on the spot.
